So-Da debt collection,

Tankalert (So-Da national drive-off database) Medium - Customer using tankalert and debt collection services from So-Da will experience short interruptions.

Dear colleague,

Together with our partners, we occasionally perform maintenance to improve our infrastructure and security. So-Da is implementing TLS authentication to enhance security on their end. To support this change, we need to reroute traffic from the on-site recorder through our data center to So-Da.

To implement these changes, we need to update several firewall rules and verify that everything is working as expected. This work will be carried out on Thursday, 01 October 2026, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM CET. Any issues that occur outside of this timeframe should be handled by the local support departments.

Following this maintenance, we will monitor the situation to ensure that everything is working as expected.
